RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

I know that logging events are a potentially hazardous activity.  I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I assume any and all risks associated with these events, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat and/or humidity; all risks associated with these events are known to me.

 

Knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Scott Kuehn, Missoula County, the City of Missoula, the University of Montana, University of Montana Woodsman Team, its officers, their successors and assigns, and volunteers, including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for or on their behalf, for any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of my participation in these events.  This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

 

            I have read or have had read to me and I understand the above waiver.

 

            Applications for minors (18 years old and under) will be accepted only with a parent's signature.
